As a Japanese person, I cannot help but feel deep gratitude and respect for the young people
of Myanmar who study Japanese so earnestly.
Our bond begins with those days of learning
across the sea. Witnessing them receive job offers, move to Japan, and grow strong and
capable in the field is our greatest joy.
At the same time, we remain grounded in reality.
A person's life can change drastically
depending on their environment and the people they meet. Life is not just about effort; it
is also about luck and timing. Some get off to a great start, while others face delays. But
life goes on.
As the saying goes, "Every cloud has a silver lining."
Our goal is to
support them with family-like warmth, ensuring their journey eventually leads to the "right
answer." That is the true reward of this work.
In 2026, we are embarking on a new challenge:
Acting as a bridge for Japanese companies
to expand into overseas projects alongside exceptional talent.
We want these individuals
to take the skills and the "heart" they have cultivated back to their home countries,
becoming leaders who shape the future of their local communities.
We will continue to
stay close to people's lives, weaving the future of Japan and the world together with a
single, strong thread.
